It's Been Crazy
Jun. 28th, 2021 11:00 pmI just realized how long it’s been since I posted.
I have been working in wax but my photography has been overwhelming. My tableware, which is a combination of both jewelry and photography, was in an exhibition Composing the Future that just closed at the Bankhead Theater Gallery (It’s lovely). I had photographs from Pandemic Shadows at a show at the PH21 Gallery in Budapest (Hungary) that just closed. And I’m giving the opening talk for the Bodyscapes exhibition at the PH21 opening this Thursday,
And I have Pandemic Shadows photos in Containment: Stories of Art in Isolation, curated by Dasha Matsuura, opening July 10th at the ARC Gallery, 1246 Folsom Street San Francisco. The opening is July 10th from 7 to 9 PM.
I have been carving waxes. I have two pendants almost done in silver, and two waxes approaching completion.
I’ll have a more detailed posting and images very soon.
The photos below are in the “Containment: Stories of Art in Isolation”. My Pandemic Shadows seemed perfect for the exhibition.
