Polishing and Flame Shadow

I just finished polishing two bronze pendants. One is an astronomical with a multicolored flourite, the other is a large bronze pendant with the Mescalero jasper. It required a lot of subtle polishing to get the effect I wanted and I did. But I am now pretty wiped out for the day, it took a lot of delicacy and focus. I have two silver designs to finish tomorrow. Then all of them need to be set and have any final touches done to them. I’ll definitely be putting up photos.

The image below is a flame shadow from my Pandemic Shadow series on Instagram. It’s inspiring a new jewelry design that I’ll be thinking about for a while.

It's actually shadows on the top of a red tent but they look like flame shadows to me. And I love the concept of shadows on flames.
